Information is requested by the client through a contact page whereby they are given the web address to fill in a form. Their page is built through the input of this and a second form (for images and narrative script) and is hosted on the domain name virtualrealtytour.com after it is built. Each page (one per client's property) is uniquely identified by using the client's address in it following their state or province (either abbreviated or not) as in this example: virtualrealtytour.com/NovaScotia/4-Sams-Road-West-Pubnico.html The marketing page is unique in design in that it places 3 thumbnail images (160px X 120px) vertically on each side of a video. Below the video is a horizontal row of 5 thumbnail images with room below for more rows of 5 images each. The thumbnail pictures are enlarged with floatbox. Below this, there is a 3 column section for Property Information and below that there are a Google Map and a Google Street View placed side by side. The video has narration and music included with the slide show which uses the "Ken Burns" technique of panning and zooming. The video simulates an actual tour of the property for sale. The narrative script is prepared by the client and read by the resident narrator or another narrator. The music for the site is either royalty free or composed by the author of the site, Barry Heyden. Those so authored are these: Beatnick, Quiet Autumn Road, Dessert Guitar, Chill Out, Hurry Up and Relax, Mild Salsa, Mellow Guitar, and Ridin' Down the Coulee.
